What is Rivernue.com's role?
Rivernue.com is a B2B marketplace that connects businesses all over the European Union. We provide a platform for buyers and sellers to connect, purchase products and create sustainable trade opportunities. Our platform requires a valid VAT ID for all its users.

Does Rivernue.com handle billing?
No, we do not handle billing directly, but we do offer a payment gateway service. This allows customers to make a single payment to us, and we will then automatically distribute the payment to the appropriate manufacturers according to the order. By using our platform, customers can streamline the payment process and ensure safe and secure transactions.

Does Rivernue.com charge VAT?
No, Rivernue.com does not charge VAT from the customer. However, if a manufacturer is based in the same country as the customer, the local VAT will be applied to that manufacturer's products.

What are the responsibilities of Rivernue.com?
Our main responsibility is to provide a secure platform for businesses to connect and trade efficiently. However, we are not responsible for the manufacturing, handling, packing or shipping of products. This is the responsibility of the manufacturers who use our platform. We only provide a service to collect all manufacturers onto one platform and the manufacturers provide the information, prices, pictures, and VAT for each product.

 

 

SHIPPING

What shipping methods are available?
Each manufacturer has their own shipping supplier and terms of shipping. It is important to read these terms carefully before placing an order.

Is international shipping possible?
All manufacturers sell and ship products within the European borders. If you are located outside of Europe, you will need to arrange for your own shipping from a designated location after the manufacturer has shipped the product there.

How long will it take to receive my product?
Production time varies depending on the manufacturer. Be sure to read their terms carefully to get an idea of production times.

 

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?
We offer payment gateway services through Stripe Connect, which allows for payments via credit card, VISA, MasterCard, and other options.

Is buying online safe?
Yes, buying online through our platform is safe. Our platform is independent and not owned by any manufacturer. Our primary goal is to provide a safe and secure platform for both customers and manufacturers to conduct transactions. Payment is handled by the Stripe payment gateway, one of the biggest and most secure gateways in the world.

 

ORDERS & RETURNS

How do I place an Order?
Once you have found the product you want to purchase, you can add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping and billing information and accept the terms and conditions before placing your order.

How can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change an order, you must contact the manufacturer directly within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the production may have already started and it may not be possible to make changes.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you will need to create an account and provide a valid VAT number to place an order on our platform. Having an account will also make future purchases easier and more streamlined.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order through the dashboard of your account or by visiting the "Track Your Order" section at the top of any page on our website.

How can I return a product?
As a business, you do not have the same return rights as individual consumers. The return policy for each product will vary depending on the manufacturer. Be sure to read the manufacturer's terms and conditions carefully to determine if a return is possible.
