The slatted base requires full-length support along both side rails; in the case of a dual-section base, full-length support is also necessary along the central section.

The actual length of the proposed slatted bases is 4 cm shorter than the standard size – for a 200 cm length, the actual length is 196 cm (tolerance: ±2 mm)
